Jonas Esser is a New York based drummer, composer and educator. As an in demand sideman, he has performed at numerous venues in New York City and has toured with different projects in Europe, the US, India, and Columbia. His wide-ranging interest in different realms of Jazz and improvised music has led him to work with a diverse pool of established artists such as Ben Solomon, Emmanuel Michael, Mike Rodriguez, Lukas Derungs, Simón Willson, Pablo Held, Jeremy Corren, Ben Tiberio, Kevin Sun among many others.
He appears on many album releases with various artists from Europe and the US.
